Planned maintenance on Internet connection from 2026-07-09 08:00 BST to 2026-07-09 17:00 BST

This maintenance has been concluded as planned.

The internet is now backup and has been since around 11AM. We contacted Hyperoptic to ask if the maintenance work was complete, but at that time, they were unable to confirm. We’ve been monitoring the line since, and it has been stable, so we believe that the maintenance has been completed and the connection restored.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We’ve been notified of the following planned maintenance by Hyperoptic:

“As you may be aware, we’re carrying out some essential maintenance on our network on Thursday, 9th Jul 2026.
This will result in a loss of connectivity for 3 hours, between 8 AM and 5 PM on Thursday, 9th Jul 2026. Your service will then be restored automatically.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience.”
